The "Space" side focuses on Virtual Styling, a relatively new marketing service targeting vacant real estate properties by using high quality photos and interior styling them through digital design. The process is very simple - the home seller sends in high resolution photos via email and home stylists then recommend a "look" that best reinforces the potential of the room.
Stylists suggest furniture placement, wall art, room colors, and window treatments. We DO NOT alter visible flaws nor do we change the structural design of the rooms.
With the state of the real estate market today and the number of vacant listings for sale, this is yet another inexpensive marketing tool to present properties to potential buyers. Screen Appeal Tips
* Interior photos should be taken during the daytime with natural lighting - it's best to try to avoid flash
* Get a clear shot by not shooting where furniture might be positioned
* Set camera at the highest resolution
* Don't use fewer than 72 dpi (dots per inch)
* Wide angle shots are recommended
* Consider placing the digital camera on a tripod for steadiness
